The project located in one of the last available lot on tip of the Palm Jumeirah fronds, consist in seven luxury villas commissioned by a businessman for his wife and himself and his family of six daughters and sons.  

The request is to design the residential buildings taking inspiration from the Italian Renaissance: a mix of classical elegance and Dolcevita in connection with the nature (green and water).
